My goal is to not only give you quality nails, but to provide you with a exceptional service and a unforgettable experience! *BOOKING RULES* ~RETAINER FEES ARE REQUIRED UPON BOOKING & ARE NONREFUNDABLE ~REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE PAID VIA CASH, APPLE PAY, OR CARDS (WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $3 FEE) ~ To schedule APPOINTMENTS OUTSIDE OF SHOWN HRS for each specific service, AN ADDITIONAL $25 FEE is required ~Strict 10mins grace period If late arrival is anticipated, please communicate with me to determine if a later acceptance can be arranged; otherwise, your appointment will be rescheduled and subject to the same-day rescheduling fee. Please note that if you reschedule on the same day, you will incur a $10 fee and be required to pay any additional last-minute fees, as well as secure your rescheduled appointment with a deposit. ~After scheduling an appointment, you have 24 hours to modify or change services. CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be advised that a 40% cancellation fee of REMAINING balance will be applied to any last-minute cancellations not made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling should also be made 24hrs in advance.Each service may be rescheduled once before a new deposit is required. Furthermore, a 50% charge will be incurred for all no-shows, and payment must be made prior to booking another appointment, as failure to do so may result in a ban. In the event services are reduced on the day of, you will be charged for 50% of the canceled service.
